Sensex reverse losses; realty, banks and capital goods up

All major European stock exchanges opened green and were trading in positive terrain. At 3:30 pm IST, FTSE 100 was up by 1.19% and CAC 40 was up by 1.24%.
Over the sectoral front on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), all the sectors recovered except Teck and IT. Realty, Capital Goods, Power, Bankex and PSU were up by 2.83%, 2.04%, 1.95%, 1.92% and 1.68%.
On the National Stock Exchange (NSE), DLF, PNB, Tata Motors, IDFC and JP Associates posted gains of 5.62%, 4.37%, 4.10%, 3.39% and 3.37%, respectively.
And, the top Nifty losers were Wipro (3%), Sesa Goa (2.04%), Bharti Airtel (1.92%), Cairn (1.55%) and Sail (1.24%).
