|
Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group companies, Reliance Power and Reliance Communications will be out of the NSE Nifty with effect from April 27, according to the India Index Services & Products Ltd (IISP), a joint venture of NSE and CRISIL.
These stocks will be replaced by Asian Paints and Bank of Baroda. The move is likely to see some reaction in the stocks, as the NSE Nifty is a widely tracked indice.
On the other hand, CNX Nifty Junior Index has excluded Asian Paints, Bank of Baroda (both will now be part of Nifty), Housing Development and Infrastructure, IFCI and Indian Overseas Bank and included Divi's Labs, GlaxoSmithkline Consumer Healthcare, Petronet LNG, Reliance Communications and Reliance Power.
