Nirmal Bang recommends Motherson Sumi

Nirmal Bang has recommended the stock of Motherson Sumi Systems (MSSL) with a buy rating on the stock for a target of Rs 240 in its September 21, 2012 research report.

"We expect MSSL to post net sales of Rs.25550 crore in FY'13E with a PAT of Rs.254.5 crore. This translates into an EPS of Rs.9.7. The company should post net sales of Rs.27560 crore in FY'14E. This, coupled with an improvement in overall margins should lead to a PAT figure of Rs.667.9 crore, translating into an EPS of Rs.17. At the present price, the stock is available at less than 13x FY'14E earnings. We recommend a buy with a target price of Rs.240 over the next six months," says The Nirmal Bang report.

Buy Zensar Technologies: Sunidhi Securities

Sunidhi Securities has recommended buying Zensar Technologies with a target of Rs 330 in its September 20, 2012 research report.

ZTL is undertaking a major business transformation by moving into new areas of IT outsourcing services and rejigging operations with a view to scale its revenue to $1billion (5, 400 crore) by 2016.
At the CMP of 275, the share is trading at a P/E of 6.0 on FY13 earnings. We recommend BUY with a target price of 330 in the medium term." Sunidhi Securities has said.
