The tenure of the Plan will be 483 days from the date of allotment.

Investment Objective:

The investment objective of the Scheme is to seek to generate income by investing in a portfolio of fixed income securities/debt instruments maturing on or before the maturity of the Scheme. However, there can be no assurance that the investment objective of the Scheme will be realized.

Liquidity:

No redemption/repurchase of units shall be allowed prior to the maturity of this closeended Scheme. Investors wishing to exit may do so, only in demat mode, by selling the units through BSE Ltd. or any of the stock exchange(s) where the Scheme will be listed as the Trustee may decide from time to time.

Benchmark:

The scheme would be benchmarked to CRISIL Short Term Bond Fund Index.

Options offered:

Presently, two options are available under the Plan viz. Cumulative and Dividend option.
Dividend Payout is the only facility available under the Dividend Option. Cumulative Option shall be the default option under the Scheme. Half yearly dividend frequency will be available for the Plan, subject to availability of distributable surplus.

NRI investors:

NRI investors shall submit Foreign Inward Remittance Certificate (FIRC) along with Broker contract note of the respective broker through whom the transaction was effected, for releasing redemption proceeds on maturity. Redemption proceeds shall not be remitted until the aforesaid documents are submitted and the AMC/Mutual Fund/Registrar shall not
be liable for any delay in paying redemption proceeds.
