India spot gold slips in major metros

Spot gold in India slipped in major metros on Monday. Gold was seen trading lower futures trade also as speculators preferred to book profits at prevailing higher levels, weighed by sluggish demand in the spot market. International gold was seen trading at $1,602 an ounce.

Mumbai spot gold of 99.9 and 99.5% slipped to Rs 31,010 and Rs 29, 870 per 10 grams, respectively.

Chennai

Chennai spot gold of 99.9 and 99.5% purity was seen at Rs 30,200 and Rs 30,030 per 10 grams, respectively.

Ahemdabad

Ahemdabad

Ahemdabad spot gold of 99.9 and 99.5% purity was seen at Rs 30,020 and Rs 29,895 per 10 grams, respectively.

Jaipur

Jaipur

Jaipur spot gold of 99.9 and 99.5% purity was seen at Rs 30,025 and Rs 30,000 per 10 grams, respectively.
