The New Fund Offer (NFO) price for the scheme is Rs 10 per unit. The new issues will be open for subscription from 13 May and will close on 126 May 2013.

Minimum Application Amount

Rs. 10,000/- and thereafter in multiples of Rs. 10/- during the NFO of the scheme.

Investment Objective

The investment objective of the Scheme is to minimize interest rate risk by investing in a portfolio of
fixed income securities which mature on or before the maturity of the scheme

Transaction charges shall not be deducted for

• Purchases /subscriptions for an amount less than Rs.10,000/-;
• Transaction other than purchases/ subscriptions relating to new inflows such as Switches, etc.
• No transaction charges will be deducted for any purchase/ subscription made directly with the Fund (i.e. not through any distributor/ agent).

First Time Mutual Fund Investor

Transaction charge of Rs.150/- for subscription of Rs.10,000 and above will be deducted from the subscription amount and paid to the distributor/ agent of the first time investor. The balance of the subscription amount shall be invested.
