Just Dial, one of the recent large IPO mop ups, got listed on the exchanges at Rs 601 - 13 per cent higher then its IPO price.
Just Dial got listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), National Stock Exchange (NSE) and MCX-SX.
The issue price for the IPO was fixed at Rs 530/- per share, while retail investors got a discounted price of Rs 483 per share.
The company had fixed the issue price band at Rs 470-543, which got over-subscribed 11.5 times .
The issue was open for subscription between May 20 and May 22, 2013. The company is mainly engaged in providing search services over phone and Internet.
