Allahabad Bank hikes deposit rates from Nov 4

Allahabad Bank has hiked deposit rates on select maturities with effect from Nov 4. For deposit rates under Rs 1 crores the 30-45 days deposit will attract an interest rate of 6.5 per cent, as against 6 per cent earlier.

The 46-60 days deposit will now attract an interest rate of 7.5 per cent, as against 7 per cent earlier. On the other hand the 61-90 days deposit will also attract an interest rate of 7.5 per cent, against 7 per cent earlier.

The interest rate on the 3-5 years deposit has moved up to 9.05 per cent, as against 8.75% earlier.
