Reliance appoints new independent director

Reliance Industries Ltd has appointed Adil Zainulbhai as an Additional Director w.e.f. December 20, 2013 to hold office as an Independent Director of the Company.

Shri Adil Zainulbhai has also been appointed as a Member of the ‘Audit Committee' of the Board of Directors and Member and Chairman of the ‘Nomination, Human Resources and Remuneration Committee' of the Board of Directors of the Company.
