Infosys today said that its nominations committee of the Board of Directors have begun a search to select a successor for S D Shibulal, the company's CEO and Managing Director.
Mr. Shibulal has expressed his desire to retire as the CEO and Managing Director of the company and also as a member of the board of directors either on the date of the last board meeting before his superannuation - Jan 9, 2015 or when his successor assumes office.
The company also said that it has appointed Egon Zehnder to assist the nominations committee in identifying external candidates.

Once the changes is done, click on the “Save Changes” option to save the changes.
