L&T Finance Holdings shares fall on lower sale price

Shares in L&T Finance Holdings fell almost 4 per cent after the company fixed its share price at just Rs 74 for institutional investors. The stock had closed above the Rs 81 mark on Tuesday and investors had anticipated a price closer to that level.

Shares in L&T Finance were last trading at Rs 78.85 on the National Stock Exchange. The company on Tuesday said it will sell shares to the tune of 16.6 lakhs to institutional investors.
