The due date for depositing the Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) collected for the month of Sept 2014 has been extended to Oct 10, 2014. Initially, the the deadline was Oct 7, 2014.
"Considering the consecutive holidays owing to the festive season and weekends during the first week in the month of October, 2014, the Central Board of Direct Taxes, in exercise of powers conferred has decided to extend the due date of deposit of tax deducted at source/tax collected at source during the month of September, 2014" the CBDT has said in a release.
However, the due date for filing of TDS/ TCS statements for the Quarter ending 30th September, 2014 as shall remain the same.

Here click on the “Privacy & Security” options listed on the left hand side of the page.
Scroll down the page to the “Permission” section .
Here click on the “Settings” tab of the Notification option.
A pop up will open with all listed sites, select the option “ALLOW“, for the respective site under the status head to allow the notification.
Once the changes is done, click on the “Save Changes” option to save the changes.
Click it and Unblock the Notifications
