Rupee Opens Marginally Lower at 61.93 to the Dollar

The Rupee opened at 61.93 to the dollar in trade, gaining 5 paise over Monday's close. The rupee has remained steady in the last few trading sessions, though equity markets have been volatile and have seen a sell-off.

The rupee is expected to continue to stay steady and is likely to end the year with less volatility.
