Rupee Opens Strong at 61.65 to the Dollar

The Rupee opened the day stronger by 22 paise at 61.65 against its previous close of 61.87. Global cues were strong which prompted a rally in the rupee.

The rupee is likely to show continued momentum in the wake of strong global cues. Stock markets across Asia rallied sharply, while European markets closed higher last week.
