Shares of the Tara Jewels gained on Wednesday after the company received new orders worth $8 million from Walmart USA.
Tara Jewels has an secured new order worth $8 million or Rs 53.44 crore for supply of diamond studded jewellery to Walmart USA, the company said in the press release.
Tara Jewels is an integrated player in the jewelry industry with experience ranging from designing to manufacturing and retailing of jewelry with a portfolio of products that includes studded gold, platinum and silver jewelry. The company has three manufacturing facilities spread across approximately 53,000 sq ft.
The company shares were seen trading at Rs 34, higher by 3.19 per cent on BSE at 12.10 pm IST. It touched an intra-day high of Rs 35.80 during the trade.
