Lanco Infratech
Shares of Lanco Infratech on Tuesday surged nearly 11 percent following reports that the company may sell power projects having a capacity of 3,000 MW from 2018 onwards and expects to get Rs 25,000 crore, reports PTI.
Stock ended the day at Rs 4.20, higher by 12 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high of Rs 4.20 during the trade.
Shree Renuka Sugars
Shree Renuka Sugars informed that Brazilian subsidiary of the Company viz., Shree Renuka do Brasil Participacoes Ltd a together with all of its subsidiaries has filed for protection under Judicial Recovery.
Stock ended the day at Rs 7.50, higher by 2.98 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday low of Rs 7.31 during the trade.
Tata Steel
Shares of Tata Steel fell unaffected by the steel producer's ability to now feed its Jamshedpur plant with ore mined at captive Noamundi mines in Jharkhand.
Stock ended the day at Rs 201.35, lower by 3.87 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday low of Rs 200 during the trade.
Corporation Bank
State lender Corporation Bank has said that it has approved the issuance of over 15.66 crore shares on preferential basis to Government valued at about Rs 857 crore.
