Key domestic benchmark indices on Monday ended trade lower. The 30-share benchmark index ended trade at 27746.66, lower by 89.84 points, while the NSE Nifty was at 8508.70, down by 32.70 points.

Shares of Den Network ended trade at Rs 89.90, higher by 0.39 per cent on the BSE. It touched an intra-day high of Rs 194.70.
Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company said that it has entered into a licensing arrangement for SPARC's ELEPSIA XRTM. Shares of the company rose by 1.54 per cent to end trade at Rs 355.
The Reserve Bank of India allowed Foreign Institutional Investor (FII) and Registered Foreign Portfolio Investment (RFPI) to invest in Axis Bank up to 74 percent from 62 percent earlier.
Shares of Axis Bank ended trade at Rs 570, higher by 0.94 per cent on the BSE. It touched an intra-day high of Rs 576.
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals said that it has decided to tap into the International Bond market and is planning to raise around USD 200 mn by issuing USD denominated non-convertible unsecured bonds.
Shares of pharma company ended trade at Rs 833, lower by 2.12 per cent on the BSE. It touched an intra-day high of Rs 855 and lower of Rs 2832 during trade.
