Key domestic benchmark indices ended lower on Monday. The 30-share benchmark index ended trade lower by 373.94 points to end at 28,294.28; Nifty ends at 8,722.40 down by 108.50 points.

Shares of Vardhman Textiles rose after the board of company approved sub-division of equity shares.

Vardhman Textiles shares ended trade at Rs 1,067, higher by 2.81 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high of Rs 1,108 during trade.

Shares of the company rose after it bagged order worth Rs 613 crore from NHAI and Rs 350 crore from MORTH.

Dilip Buildcon shares ended trade at Rs 236, higher by 0.64 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high of Rs 248 during trade.

Canara Bank said that it is planning to raise up to Rs 1,128 crore through rights issue to fund business growth. The bank's board also approved raising of $ 500 million from overseas market by selling bonds.

Shares of Canara Bank ended trade at Rs 304.20, higher by 0.656 per cent on BSE. It touched an intraday high of Rs 306 during trade.
