Shares in Balaji Telefilms surged 9 per cent, after Balaji Telefilms board approved merging film production business of Balaji Motion Pictures with the company.
The shares of the company were last trading at Rs 99, up 9.45 per cent over Tuesday's close. Balaji Telefilms Ltd. is one of the largest production houses across India, South Asia,South East Asia and the Middle East delivering Hindi and regional content. Ruling the roost in content production in the TV and films space.
