Founder person of the company NR Narayana Murthy even today regrets for leaving the company and has also publicly shamed the IT company for its poor corporate governance.

Amid such news company's co-chairman in an interview said in case the founder wishes the Infosys board can mull on providing him a formal role in the company. And with it, the company expects to solve the crisis between founder and the Infosys board.
If he indicates his interest to return to the company, the board will certain provide the place to him. Also since his exit, it will be the second time, NR Narayana Murthy will take over for the second time, the first time he returned as the Executive Chairman of the company as the company confronted growth issues as well as number of executive exits.
"It is entirely possible that somebody is not satisfied. And if there is any shred of evidence that they have, I think they they should be more forthcoming and bring it to the attention of the regulator or Gibson Dunn or anyone else so that it can be looked at," Venkatesan said. "But in the absence of that, we have to presume people are innocent until proven guilty and if you keep at this at some point it degenerates into a witch- hunt."
