Vishal Sikka Resigns As MD And CEO Of Infosys
The company said that Sikka has now been appointed as executive vice-chairman.
Vishal Sikka has resigned as managing director and chief executive officer of the company with immediate effect, India's second largest IT services major Infosys said in an official statement on Friday.

Mr. Sikka's resignation comes after the tussle between Infosys founders and board.
In the last few months, Infosys has seen some senior-level executives resigning include Anirban Dey (Global head and chief business officer of Edge products), Yusuf Bashir (MD, Infosys Innovation Fund) and Ritika Suri (executive vice-president), etc.
