For September GST Collections GST At Rs.92,150 Crore

Today the finance minister waived fees for the late filing of returns under GST ie. GSTR 3B for the August and September month. Closely after that the government reported collection of Rs92,150 crore in goods and service tax or GST from as many as 42.91 lakh business entities.

As per a PTI report till Monday, 42.91 lakh entities had filed the GSTR 3B form for the month of September. The GSTR 3B is a summary form basis which GST is to be paid by the 10th of the following month.

"The total revenue of GST paid under different heads (up to 23 October 2017) for the month of September 2017 is Rs. 92,150 crore," finance ministry said in a statement.
