Buyback Offer Of Infosys To Open On November 30
The good gains for investors who tender their share in the buyback are a sure.
The Infosys company which announced the record date for its buyback offer as November 1 i.e only those with positions or Infosys scrip as on November 1 shall be considered for the buyback has now with the buyback opening date as November 30.

The filing said the buyback will open on November 30 and close on December 14. The buyback offer will see the company buying back 11.3 crore shares at a price of Rs. 1150.
The buyback is a way to give company shareholders surplus capital and also In the process earning per share of the scrip is improved.
The Friday's closing price of Rs. 970.95 still ensures good gains for the investors who tender their share in the buyback at a price of Rs. 1150.
