The IT major which announced its buyback offer to begin from tomorrow has now come with the call to hire to as many as 500 Americans for its Rhode Island design hub.

The announcement is in line with the company's earlier development which stated to hire as many as 10000 Americans over the two year term. The current hiring plans are to be effected in the next 5 years or so, the IT company said.

The innovation and design facility shall be built in the state of Rhode Island and similar investments have been made un Indiana, North Caolina, Indianapolis and Raleigh earlier.
After stringent H1-B visa issues were in place, Indian IT industry was carving out its presence in the international markets by setting up such centres in the US.
