Developments on Monday, 8th of January in the International Markets:
Ripple's XRP had a steep fall of 38% on Monday before picking up. This drop comes after it reached its all-time high just last week.
Bitcoin plunged as much as 8% after reports that Asian regulators are tracing down miners and exchanges.
Dogecoin, a cryptocurrency that was started as a joke has reached a market cap of over $2 billion.
Bitcoin miners of China are reportedly fleeing the country as the government to set to crackdown on cryptocurrencies and its exchanges.
