On Sunday, the Middle Eastern city of Dubai, introduced Gevora Hotel, the world's tallest hotel in the world that stands at 356 metres breaking the record of JW Marriott Marquis Dubai by just one metre.
It is a 528-room hotel is situated at 101 Sheikh Zayed Road, next to Rose Rayhaan by Rotana.
The height is measured from the ground level to the top of the hotel's mast.
It is 75 storey and gold in colour with hotel rooms till the top. It has four multi-cuisine restaurants with an open pool deck, health club, a luxury spa, and jacuzzi.
Gevora also has a rooftop restaurant that gives a panoramic view of the entire city.
It has 6 elevators which move at 26km/hour and a total of 3,859 stairs.
The hotel is expecting its first guests today.
