Uniply Industries Limited announced results for the third quarter of 2018 (Q3 2018).
The company reported revenue from operations of Rs 102.50 crore for the third quarter of 2018 (Q3 2018) as against Rs 86.66 crore for the third quarter of 2017 (Q 2017), up by 18%.
The company reported a profit for the third quarter of 2018 (Q3 2018), at Rs 8.02 crore as against Rs 5.13 crore for the third quarter of 2017 (Q3 2017).
The Board of Directors considered and approved Sub-Division (split) of equity shares of the company from the existing face value of Rs. 10 per equity share to face value of Rs. 2 per equity share as per Section 61(1)(d) of the Companies Act, 2013, subject to the approval of shareholders.
