The state-run oil refining and exploration company, ONGC on Thursday declared an interim dividend of 45% which is equivalent to Rs. 2.25 for each equity share of Rs. 5 for the fiscal year 2018.
ONGC Declares Interim Dividend of Rs. 2.25 For FY 18
In a statement the company said, that its board has approved the interim dividend of 45% and with it the total payout of the company on this account shall stand at Rs2,887 crore. The record date for dividend distribution has been fixed as 14 March. The first interim dividend amounting to 60% (Rs3 on each equity share of Rs5) was paid in November 2017 by ONGC.
