As per a BSE Filing, Indiabulls Housing Finance reported a 22.6 percent increase in its profit on Friday for the fourth quarter (Q4) of the financial year 2017-18.
The company's net profit grew to Rs 1,030 crore from Rs 841 crore reported for the same quarter in the last fiscal year.
Indiabulls Housing Finance's net interest income (NII) grew by 22.2 percent to Rs 1,661 crore from Rs 1,360 crore earned in the fourth quarter for the previous year.
For the whole financial year 2017-18, the company reported a growth of 32.4 percent to Rs 3,847 crore from Rs 2,906 crore in the last year. Its NII for the year ending March 2018 was up by 21.3 percent to Rs 5,785 crore from Rs 4,768 crore of the previous fiscal year.
The company has declared an interim dividend of Rs 10 per share of face value Rs 2. The filing said, "An interim dividend of Rs 10 per share of face value Rs 2, amounting to 500 per cent, has been declared in the board meeting held on April 20, 2018."
