Bond and currency markets in India are closed today for a public holiday. While stock markets are open for regular trading.

The 10-year benchmark bond yield closed at 7.77% against previous close of 7.76% and the domestic currency settled higher at 66.67 per dollar in comparison to 66.75 at previous day's closing.
Meanwhile, Sensex is trading higher by 0.5% up by 164 points at 35141 while Nifty gained 0.46% high by 48.85 points at 10.471.15.4.
On Tuesday, the stock market shall remain closed for Maharashtra Day.
