India's leading stock exchange today announced the launch of an artificial intelligence-based chatbot named 'Ask Motabhai'. The chatbot or robotic customer care representative will cater to all of the stakeholder's demand in relation to on-demand information and data from the exchange's website.
The chatbot developed in association with Microsoft and ShepHertz is expected to provide a seamless customer experience. Also, the system is programmed to provide hands-on information in respect of IPOs, mutual fund and derivatives besides the usual stock and corporate development.
BSE has always been the front-runner when it comes to adoption of technology and the launch of chatbot is yet another development to provide customers with a seamless experience. The platform will have a text-based chat system with the user and use artificial mining to provide relevant and customized information as per the need of the stakeholder. Thus it is a means to get quick and customized and screened information in respect of the stock market from the company's website.
