To provide greater transparency to its members, the pension fund body EPFO has decided to introduce a mechanism wherein at the time of PF withdrawal will give worksheet on PF calculation.

This is done to reduce grievance of subscribers who generally differ on the payment at the time of final EPF settlement. A letter in this respect has been sent to the RO today and these have been advised to send the calculation sheet on the final EPF amount to be settled on their registered e-mail ID or over their mobile number.

Also, the worksheets in respect of PF calculation is to be provided irrespective of the fact whether the claim has been file offline or online.
