Rupee in Monday's trade opened with gains of 11 at 69.41 versus the previous close of 69.52 against the greenback.

The yield on 10-year bonds is seen trading at 7.221%. After the huge NDA victory, bond markets have also gained favour and amid it with the scaling of bond prices, bond yields have gone lower.

Meanwhile, stock indices opened on a flattish note, Nifty is hovering below 11,850.
