Bookings can be made via the company's site or app and if payment is made using BigClick, you shall be able to avail zero processing fees.

As part of the offer, for Big Members, there is available 24 hours priority booking service. Also, Big Members can benefit from zero processing charges in case they save their debit or credit card with BigClick. Instant member discount is available on flight booking and can also make payment using BIG points for additional savings for their air travel and other services. Also, these BIG points can be redeemed for the next travel with AirAsia, be it for work or leisure, to over 130 destinations.
