A recent survey showed that Amazon India is the most attractive employer brand in the country, followed by Microsoft India and Sony India.
The Randstad Employer Brand Research (REBR) 2019, whose results were released on Monday, showed that the e-commerce giant scored high on financial health, utilisation of latest technologies and a strong reputation.

Others among the top 10 most-attractive employer brands in India for 2019 were Mercedes-Benz at the fourth position, followed by IBM, Larsen & Toubro (L&T)), Nestle, Infosys, Samsung and Dell.
Google India had been inducted into the Hall of Fame category last year, in line with the REBR's philosophy for winning the coveted title for three consecutive years.
The Randstad Employer Brand Research, covered 75 percent of the global economy with 32 participating countries and over 2,00,000 respondents worldwide.
The survey showed that the top driver for the Indian workforce in choosing an employer were salary and employee benefits, followed by work-life balance and job security. It also said that a vast majority (55 percent) of India's working population preferred to work for large multi-national corporations, and only a negligible 9 percent preferred start-ups.
It further said that the preference for MNCs can be strongly attributed to job security, financial health and career progression opportunities that they offer.
