Markets Open Higher Ahead Of Union Budget 2019; Sensex Hits 40000 Levels
The benchmark indices opened in the green ahead of the crucial Union Budget announcement by Nirmala Sitharaman today.
The benchmark BSE 50 index Sensex traded tad higher by 0.19% or 73.88 at 39981.94 while Nifty gained 0.21% or 24.55 at 11,971.30 In the early trade, Sensex hits the 40,000 level and was seen trading at 40009.66
