AU Small finance bank has announced the roll out of a service wherein savings bank account opening at the bank will be possible on WhatsApp. Powered by Karix Mobile, the one-of-its-kind service will make use of improved multi-channel conversational and compute platform.
Through the facility, prospective customers of the bank will be able to get off with the account opening process at the bank by making use of an interactive chat-like platform over WhatsApp.
Furthermore, through the WhatsApp Business solution, AU Small Finance Bank will be able to carry out two-way conversations, automate as well as provide better customer experience processes and result in establishment of micro-engagements with their customers.
