Alphalogic Techsys, To Be The First To List On BSE Start Up Platform, Defers IPO Issue

On some unforeseen circumstances, Pune-base software consulting firm- Alphalogic Techsys Ltd, deferred its IPO issue plan by 3 days to August 26. The issue was to open for public subscription on August 23, 2019.

"Due to unforeseen circumstances, the public issue could not be open on August 23, 2019," the company said in a statement.

The company which was to list on September 5 will be the first to list on the BSE start-up platform. The book-running lead manager is Finshore Management Services to the issue, the company said.

In the 4 years time, the company has logged growth at the rate of about 40%. While for the FY 2018-19, the company grew at the rate of 120%.
