BSE To Suspend Trading In Scrips Of 16 Companies From Nov 4
Due to non-compliance with listing norms, the BSE will suspend trading in scrips of as many as 16 companies with effect from November 4.
The companies to see suspension of trading in its scrip include 8K Miles Software Services, Atlas Cycles (Haryana) Ltd., Dion Global Solutions, Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Ltd., High Ground Enterprise, JJ Exporters, Marg Ltd., Mayur Leather Products, Rathi Graphic Technologies, Sang Froid Labs (India) Ltd., Supreme Infrastructure India, Cosboard Industries, NR International and Real Growth Commercial Enterprises.
Nonetheless, the BSE has said that in a case when the compliance is made by or on October 31, 2019, the scrip shall not see suspension.
For the quarter ending March and June, 2019, these companies have not submitted their quarterly financial results. Also at the same time, they have not paid fine in lieu of it.
