Waaree Renewable Technologies Ltd. (Formerly known as Sangam Renewables Ltd.) in a regulatory filing has informed that it has received a work order for Turnkey Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services in respect of setting up of a solar power project of 100 MWp capacity along with five years of operation and maintenance services.

The project is expected to be completed in the F.Y.2023-24, subject to the terms and conditions of the order, the company stated in stock exchange filing.

According to the regulatory filing by Waaree Renewable Technologies Limited, "Apropos the captioned subject and pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to announce that we have received a work order for Turnkey Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) services in respect of setting up of a solar power project of 100 MWp capacity along with five years of operation and maintenance services."
