Apollo Micro Systems has announced its quarterly results for the April-June quarter of the current financial year. The company has posted a net profit of Rs 1.80 crore in Q1FY24, up from Rs 1.63 crore reported in the quarter ended 30, June 2022.
The revenue from operations of the company in Q1 came in at Rs 57.6 crore. The same had stood at Rs 56.2 crore in a year-ago period.

The company's board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 0.25 per equity share of face value of Re 1 each for the financial year 2022-23, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing 26th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The board also approved the notice of 26th Annual General Meeting of the company. The AGM will take place on Friday, 29th September, 2023 through video conferencing.
Besides, the board also has fixed Friday, 22nd September, 2023 as the "Record Date' for determining entitlement of members to dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, if approved at the AGM.
The cut- off date for remote e-voting and voting during AGM for the purpose of 26th AGM of the company has been fixed as Friday, 22nd September, 2023. The persons whose names are recorded in the Register of members or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the depositories as on the cut-off date shall be entitled to vote in respect of the shares held by availing the facility of remote e-voting or voting during the AGM.
Apollo Micro Systems is a Hyderabad-based company that specializes in the design, development and sells high-performance, mission- and time-critical solutions to defense space, and homeland security for the Ministry of Defence and the private sector.
On Thursday, the shares of Apollo Micro Systems closed on the BSE at Rs 58.05 apiece down by 2.35% over the previous close of Rs 59.45. The stock made a 52-week-high of Rs 63.58 on (08/08/2023) and a 52-week-low of Rs 11.31 on (16/08/2022). In the last 5 years the stock has given a multibagger return of 286.90% and in the last 1 year the scrip has generated a multibagger return of 318.55%. On a YTD basis the scrip has gained 94.08% so far in 2023.
