In the board meeting held today, the company declared interim dividend of Rs. 5 per share of Rs. 10 each i.e. 50% of paid up share capital for Fy22. Also the record date for the said dividend has been fixed as March 30, 2022.

The small cap auto ancillaries firm is among the leading company with product line comprising Crankcase, cylinder head, cylinder barrel and wheel hub castings for two wheelers. The board of directors at its meeting held today, declared an interim dividend of Rs. 44 per share (880%) on 2,02,32,085 equity shares of Rs.5/- each fully paid up, absorbing a sum of Rs. 89 Cr, for the financial year ending 31st March 2022. The interim dividend declared will be paid on or after 7th April 2022, to those shareholders, who hold shares in physical form and / or in electronic form and
whose names appear in the Register of Members and / or Depositories respectively, as at the close of working hours on 30th March 2022, being the Record Date fixed by the Company for this purpose.
3. SBI Life:
The large cap insurer firm in its board meet held today announced an interim dividend of Rs 2/- (Two rupees only) per equity share with a face value of Rs.10 each (i.e. 20%) for the Financial Year 2021-22. The company is a joint venture between State Bank of India and BNP Paribas Cardif. SBI Life extensively capitalises on the State Bank Group relationship for cross-selling insurance products.
Housing and Urban Development Corporation, Ltd. (HUDCO) offering housing and utility infrastructure services in India in its board meet held today approved the payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2021-22 of Rs. 0.75 per equity share of Rs. 10/- each.
