The four stocks that will trade ex-dividend today are Futuristic Solutions, Craftsman, HUL, and Automobile Corp Of Goa Ltd. The ex-date, also known as the ex-dividend date, is the day on which a company no longer carries the value of its upcoming dividend; as a result, a price movement is expected to be witnessed in the stock market today on the aforementioned stocks.
Futuristic Solutions
The Board of Directors of the company have declared an equity dividend of Rs 1 per share at a face value of Rs 10 for its shareholders. "Further, pursuant to regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the provision of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the Company has fixed Monday, 19 June 2023 as "Record Date" to record the entitlement of the Shareholders to cast their votes electronically in respect of the businesses to be transacted at the 40 AGM and payment of dividend for the financial year 2022-23," said Futuristic Solutions in a stock exchange filing.

On Friday the shares of Futuristic Solutions closed on the BSE at Rs 68.38 apiece up by 5% from the previous close of Rs 65.13.
Craftsman Automation
The Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on Monday, the 8th May, 2023 has, inter alia, approved and recommended a final dividend of Rs 11.25/- per equity share of Rs.5/- each (225%) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023, subject to the approval of shareholders at the 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM). For the purpose of the same Monday, 19th June, 2023 has been fixed as the record date and the stock is going to trade ex-dividend today due to the T+1 settlement mechanism of India.
On Friday the shares of Craftsman Automation closed on the BSE at Rs 4055 apiece up by 1.71% from the previous close of Rs 3986.95.
Hindustan Unilever
The Board of Directors of HUL have recommended a final dividend of Rs. 22/- for the financial year ended 31st March, 2023 on equity shares of Re. 1/- each. The company had earlier paid an interim dividend of Rs. 17/- per share on 17th November, 2022. The total dividend for the said period amounts to Rs. 39/- per equity share of face value of Re. 1/- each.
In order to determine the eligibility of the shareholders the company has fixed 19th June as the record date. The ex-dividend date of HUL is June 19, 2023 as per the data of NSE.
Automobile Corp Of Goa
The Board of Directors of the company have made a recommendation of final dividend of Re 15/- per equity share (i.e.150%) of face value of Rs. 10/- each, for the financial year 2022-23, to the members of the company and which shall be paid subject to the approval of members of the company at forthcoming AGM.
As per the data of BSE, the record date has been fixed as 19th June and the stock is going to trade ex-dividend today.
