LTIMindtree To Declare Financial Results, Dividend On Oct 18, 2023: According to the BSE filing dated September 25, 2023, "Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('LODR'}, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record, the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter & half-year ended September 30, 2023, along with the Limited Review Reports of the Statutory Auditor thereon. In the aforementioned meeting, the Board of Directors may also consider a proposal to declare an interim dividend on the equity shares of the Company of face value Re. 1 each and the 'Record Date' for payment of interim dividend, if declared, would be Friday, October 27, 2023.
LTIMindtree Q4 Dividend: Earlier, LTIMindtree in Q4 announced a final dividend of Rs 40 per equity share of face value Re 1 each, translating it to a dividend of 4000%. The company issued a regulatory filing saying, "In the aforesaid meeting, the Board of Directors have recommended a final dividend of Rs. equity share of Re. 1 each, for approval of the shareholders." The ex-dividend date was July 10, 2023.
