The board of directors "considered and approved the recommendation of dividend @ 470% i.e. Rs 47/- per equity share of face value of Rs 10/- each for the Financial Year 2025-26," as per the company's BSE filing.

The dividend payment is subject to approval from the members of the Annual General Meeting. The amount will be paid on or before the 30 days from the AGM.

To become eligible for the dividend payout, it is important for shareholders to own the stock before the dividend record date. The company has fixed June 19 as the dividend record date. Investors "whose names appear as Members in the Register of Members of the Company as at the end of the business hours on Friday, June 19, 2026 (Record date) after giving effect to valid request(s) received for transmission / transposition of shares."
