The company's board of directors recommended a final dividend of 500% per equity share with a face value of Rs 2 each. The board "recommended a dividend of 500% at the rate of Rs 10/- (Rupees Ten only) per equity share of face value of Rs 2/- each (on fully paid-up shares and partly paid-up shares in proportion to their share in the paid-up share capital) for the financial year ended 31st March 2026," as per the BSE filing released earlier.

Grasim Industries fixed Friday, August 7, as the dividend record date. To become eligible for the payout, investors must own the stock before the dividend record date. The annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, August 21.

The stock had touched an intraday high mark of Rs 3,216.80 per share and an intraday low mark of Rs 3,125.05 per share. The cement maker's scrip touched its 52-week high mark of Rs 3,245.00 per share on July 10, 2026 and its 52-week low mark of Rs 2,504.35 per share on March 23, 2026. The company's core business is likely to see improvement in profitability led by the sustainability of higher input material prices, as per Motilal Oswal report. The brokerage maintained a 'Buy' rating for the stock with a target price of Rs 3,770 per share. "We reiterate our BUY rating on GRASIM with our SoTP-based TP of INR3,770, driven by improving profitability in its core businesses. VSF business is expected to witness significant improvements in profitability in the near term, led by the sustainability of higher prices," noted the brokerage in its report.
