600% Dividend Dhamaka: ICICI Bank Fixes Record Date For Payout | Are You Eligible?

Dividend Alert: Share of ICICI Bank Limited will remain in focus on Tuesday after the lender fixed the record date for the dividend payout. The bank has also announced the date for its Annual General Meeting (AGM). ICICI Bank's board had recommended a 600% dividend for the financial year 2025-26.

ICICI Bank share price closed marginally lower at Rs 1387.85 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 9,95,518.52 crore on Monday, June 29. The stock had touched its intraday high of Rs 1,401.85 per share and an intraday low of Rs 1,382.85 per share.

The private lender's board of directors had recommended 600% dividend for FY 26 in April. The board had "recommended a dividend of ₹ 12/- (Rupees Twelve only) per equity share of face value of ₹ 2/- each, subject to requisite approvals," as per the BSE filing. The dividend on equity shares will be paid after approval at the AGM.

ICICI Bank Dividend Record Date: How To Get Eligible For The Payout?

To become eligible for the dividend, investors must own the stock on or before the dividend record date, ie August 3. The AGM is scheduled for August 21. "August 3, 2026, has been fixed as the Record Date for determining the names of Members eligible for dividend on equity shares, if declared at the AGM," stated the bank in its BSE filing on Monday, JUne 29.

ICICI Bank Share Price Trend

The private lender's scrip closed in red on Wednesday. The bank's share price touched its 52-week high mark of Rs 1,494.10 per share on BSE on July 31, 2025. The stock dipped to its 52-week low mark of Rs 1,187.55 per share on April 2, 2026. The stock has a return on equity (ROE) of 19.32%. Its share price value has declined 9.9% in 2026 so far and has surged 20% in two years.
