Siyaram Silk To Declares Q2 Results, Interim Dividend: As per the BSE filing of the company issued on Oct 18, "This is to inform you that in terms with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, 30th October, 2023 inter alia to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2023 and to consider and declare Interim Dividend, if any, for the F.Y.2023-24.

Further in terms of the Company's Code for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window Closure period has commenced from 1st October, 2023 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on 30th October, 2023."
Siyaram Silk Sets Record Date: As per regulatory filing issued today, "This is to inform that Tuesday, 7th November, 2023 is fixed as Record Date for the purpose of determining the entitlement of shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2023-24, as may be declared by the Board of Directors at its meeting scheduled on Monday, 30th October, 2023."
