Adani Energy Solutions Q4 Result: Adani Energy Solutions, on Thursday, April 23, reported a 5.6% year-on-year jump in its consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025-26. Adani Energy reported a 16.7% annual jump in its consolidated revenue.
Adani Energy share price ended 0.63% higher at Rs 1361.3 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 1,63,566.64 crore. The stock had touched an intraday high of Rs 1389 per share and an intraday low of Rs 1339.65 per share.

Adani Energy Q4 Result Highlight: Net Profit Jumps 5.6%, Revenue Up 16.7%
Adani Energy's revenue from operations increased to Rs 7,443.3 crore in Q4FY26 against Rs 6,374.58 crore in the year-ago period. Adani Energy's net profit (attributable to owners of the company) increased to Rs 683.7 crore during the quarter under review, from Rs 647.15 crore reported in the year-ago period. Adani Energy's earnings per share declined to Rs 5.25 per share in Q4FY26.
Adani Energy Capex
Adani Energy's capex in FY26 increased by 1.24x to Rs 14,232 crore, as against Rs 11,444 crore in FY25. The company also saw strong performance in smart business meter installation. AESL surpassed its installation of 1 crore smart meters, marking an industry benchmark in smart metering deployment across discoms.
Adani Energy Order Wins
Adani Energy's aggregate transmission under construction pipeline stood at Rs 71,779 crore. The company's smart meter order book remains at 2.46 crore meters with a revenue potential of Rs 29,519 crore. Adani Energy's near-term tendering pipeline stood close to Rs 1.5 lakh crore. Whereas the nationwide market opportunity for smart metering continues at 103 million meters.
Adani Energy Solutions EBITDA Growth
Adani Energy saw a double-digit growth of 13% in EBITDA to Rs 8,726 crore in FY 26. Strong growth in transmission and smart meter and stable growth in distribution contributed in EBITDA. The consolidated operational EBITDA of Rs 7,407 crore in FY26 grew by 12.7% with steady performance across all segments - transmission, distribution, and smart meter.
Adani Energy Solutions Transmission Business
Adani Energy reported strong operational parameters during the quarter as its average system availability remained at 99.7%. Robust line availability resulted in incentive income of Rs 136 crore in FY 26.
The Mumbai HVDC Project will strengthen the city's transmission capacity by 1000 MW supporting growing peak demand while enhancing grid reliability and advancing the city's climate action goals.
