Adani Enterprises:
In an exchange filing on Thursday, the Adani group firm Adani Enterprises informed that Elbit Systems Ltd (ESL), an entity incorporated in Haifa, Israel has acquired a significant 44% stake in a unit of Adani Defence Systems and Technologies Ltd.
Elbit Systems Limited (ESL) has subscribed to 7,857 equity shares issued by Atharva Advanced Systems and Technologies Limited (equivalent to 44% post issue paid up capital of AASTL). Consequently, the Company's stake in Adani Defence Systems and Technologies Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (through ADSTL) stands reduced to 56% w.e.f. 14th December 2023, said the company.
ESL, an entity incorporated in Haifa, Israel is engaged in the business of research, design, development, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, sale, and maintenance of systems and products for the defense market, including but not limited to systems in the field of unmanned aircraft systems, naval systems and simulators, command, control, communications and intelligence systems, electro-optic systems and cyber systems and solutions.
Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd:
In an exchange filing, the private engineering and infrastructure companyTexmaco said that the Railways (Railway Board) has awarded an order to the Company for the manufacture and supply of 3,400 BOXNS wagons valued at Rs. 1374.41 crores approximately. Texmaco Rail & Engineering shares have gained 196.28% in this year so far. In the last one year the returns from the stock have gained 196.53%.
BHEL:
In an exchange filing on Thursday, the company said that Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited and Central Manufacturing Technology Institute (CMTI), an autonomous Institution under the administrative control of the Ministry of Heavy Industries, Govt. of India; have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for collaboration on technology development in the areas of Hydrogen value chain and IIoT solutions for predictive maintenance of machines & manufacturing processes. BHEL shares have gained 15.28% in this year so far. In the last one year, the returns from the stock have increased 12.50%.
